(English as an Additional Language)
A qualified T.E.F.L. (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) will provide English classes to students who need to improve their English speaking. Each student will receive one to one classes at an appropriate level:
- Upper Intermediate
There will be an emphasis on the ‘Four Skills’; Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking
Students with a better understanding of English will have the opportunity to prepare for the PET and FCE Exams – Internationally recognised certificates in English:
Cambridge English: Preliminary, also known as Preliminary English Test (PET) is an intermediate level qualification. It shows you are able to use your English language skills for work, study and travel.
Cambridge English: First, also known as First Certificate in English (FCE) is an upper-intermediate level qualification. It proves you can use everyday written and spoken English for work or study purposes.
In cooperation with the School Library reading books for all levels are available for students to read in class and at home.
The classes also allow students new to the school, area and country to meet and chat with other students in small groups in a relaxed and friendly room.
